In this webinar, the Observatory on Latin America (OLA) and the Ministerio Público de la Defensa de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires (MPD CABA) presented the publication Digital City: Emerging Territories and Unfulfilled Rights.
The digital space, constitutes a kind of “second nature” of the city in which we live today, it also houses the social demands related to economic, social and cultural rights sanctioned by the Constitution of the City of Buenos Aires (CABA).
This bilingual publication (Spanish and English) identifies and analyzes claims published on a selection of digital platforms by individuals and social groups from the most vulnerable neighbourhoods located south of the city.
With the authorship of Margarita Gutman, Ileana Versace, Javier Nesprías, Julia Nesprías and Ximena Puppo, this work has been carried out within the framework of the institutional link between the New School and the Ministerio Público de la Defensa (MPD CABA), and is part of the March issue of 2020 of the institutional magazine of the MPD.
