Habitat in Debt

The “Habitat in Debt” initiative is an assessment fulfillment of Habitat II commitments (1996-2016) in six countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, and Mexico. This research was published in a book (Cohen et al (eds), (2016), Habitat en Deuda: Veinte años de politicas urbanas en América Latina, Café de las Ciudades, Buenos Aires) that was launched at the Habitat III United Nations Conference Quito, on October 2016. The effort continued with the publication of the English version of the book (Cohen et al, (2019), Urban Policy in Latin America: Towards the SDGs?, Routledge, Oxford).
