Between June and November 2015, members of the Design and Development Program from the School of Architecture, Design and Urbanism (FADU) and the School of Social Science (FSOC), University of Buenos Aires (UBA), carried out the Open Seminar “Matanza-Riachuelo River-Basin I2: Inclusion and Interdiscipline”. The activity consisted in series of seven meetings, where each of the seven work teams presented their research advance about social-spacial tensions in the Matanza-Riachuelo River Basin (territory that includes the jurisdictions of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and the Buenos Aires province, Argentina). The teams work on diverse lines described in the Research Project sponsored by the UBA where they belong (UBACyT “Tensions, Projects e Interventions for Development with social-spacial inclusion in the Matanza-Riachuelo River Basin”). Alternately, the meetings were developed at the Institute of Human Spatiality (IEH), FADU, UBA, and the Center of City Studies (CEC), FSOC, UBA. Following is described the seminar program, with the corresponding dates, sites, topics and exhibitors.
