President Nestor Kirchner Fellowship was presented at the “XIX International Conference of CLAD, State Reform and Public Administration” by Marcelo Bufacchi and Christian Asinelli, Directors of PNK Fellowship by Universidad Nacional de San Martín.
The XIX International Conference of CLAD, held in the city of Quito, Republic of Ecuador, between 11 and 14 November 2014, was attended by over 1500 people in Latin America. This meeting is held annually and is considered the most important in the region to present and discuss experiences and research on State Reform and Public Administration.
