Summary: This presentation addresses the demands disseminated in the virtual space that occur in the territory of the municipality of La Matanza. The assumption is that the discussion of the demands mobilizes urban proposals or anticipations. Following this is that the demands outside the institutional channels and corporate mass media are analyzed and mapped . Focussing specifically on the demands disseminated by civil society on websites, blogs and YouTube that are triggered by territorial conflicts and environmental problems, associated with watersheds and sub-watersheds, and states of vulnerability and risk. Most of these demands are made visible, among others, by neighborhood associations, alternative local media, NGOs or political groups.
