The Observatory on Latin America (OLA) at The New School and Ecuador’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility are glad to present the Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Guillaume Long at The New School.
Dr. Guillaume Long was named Minister of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility in March 2016. He has previously served as Ecuador’s Minister for Culture and Minister for Knowledge and Human Talent. Guillaume Long has a Ph.D. in Ecuadorian foreign policy from the Institute of the Americas at the University of London and has taught International Relations and History at several leading Ecuadorian universities.
