Villa 31 is the second largest slum in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Secretariat of Social and Urban Integration seeks to improve the informal neighborhood through four objectives: development of social and human capital by strengthening people’s capacities and opportunities; improving habitat conditions, sustainable economic and productive development, and urban integration, guaranteeing infrastructure, mobility and public space.
